The Organizational
Structure:
The Shatt Alarab Insurance Co’s Organizational structure is made of the
following:
1. Chairman of Board of Directors
2. 4 Members of the Board of Directors.
3. Director of the Company
4. Associate Director Commissioner.
The Company includes the following sections:
1. Technical Section: The work of the IPO for all types of insurance,
compensation and Release
2. Section reinsurance: It deals with re-insuring of the issued documents of
the Reintroduction of the under signed agreements with all domestic and
foreign companies.
3. Administrative Section: Administrative responsibility for employment
regarding matters.
4. Accounts section: It is the body of the company's financial competence.
